HOW TO USE ?


  • For medium length hair, mix 3 tsps of Soundaryah’s Royal Herbal Hair Cleanser in a bowl.
  • Add sufficient luke warm water to form a rough, wet paste.
  • Wet hair thoroughly and then apply the paste all over scalp and hair.
  • Massage scalp for a few minutes in circular motions.
  • Wash with luke warm water until no residue is left.
  • Apply a small amount of a light hair oil like almond or coconut all over hair length to semi damp hair and let dry naturally.

  • Will it work on oiled hair ?

    Yes, it will absolutely work on oiled hair.

  • I love the results of this hair wash, can I use it everyday?

    While this hair wash is totally safe for daily usage , we would recommend cleansing your hair only twice a week or as and when it starts feeling oily and greasy at the scalp. If you prefer washing your hair daily due to personal reasons apply a very little diluted amount and also remember to apply a small amount of a light hair oil like almond or coconut all over hair length to semi damp hair and let air dry naturally for soft and nourished locks!

  • How to use this herbal hair Wash Powder for Dry Hair ?

    Lets restart your natural hair care journey with clean hair .


    This means that use your detergent based shampoo that you were using one more time before starting.


    First use - On the third day post shampoo use 2 tbsp of the powder diluted in a runny paste on unoliled hair.


    Wet hair well with luke warm water ,massage in the paste and leave on for a minute before washing off.


    Blot hair with a soft towel and then when hair still damp take 1 tsp of coconut oil in your palm and gentle apply all.over hair length .


    This will help seal in moisture and make hair soft and conditioned. Once hair is dry please check if its soft or still feels rough.


    If soft then continue to use the hair wash powder every three to four days in the same way and seal with oil while hair is damp. Also this oil will naturally stay in your hair and till next hair wash.


    If you feel that your hair still feels rough along with above steps add in one of the following -


    Once you have washed your hair add 1 tsp of coconut oil to your last mug of water and mix well and pour all over hair and let hair dry naturally.


    Or do a coconut oil.hair massage with just 2 tsps of oil ore shampoo (1tsp for scalp and 1 for hair length)

  • Is the hair wash suitable for curly hair ?

    Yes, our hair wash is suitable for all the hair types and is great for curly hair type as well. To get the best results after using our hair wash always apply a small amount of a light hair oil like almond or coconut all over hair length to semi damp hair and let air dry naturally.

  • Can I apply this after applying oil on my hair?

    Yes you can use the hair wash after oiling your hair. Just remember to apply a thick paste on whole hair length and massage scalp for a few minutes [3-5 minutes] in circular motions and then wash with luke warm water until no residue is left.

  • After using the hair wash do I need to wash my hair again with shampoo?

    No once you have used hair wash powder, you don't need to use any other chemical based things on your hair. To lock the natural moisturisation on hair you can apply a small amount of a light hair oil like almond or coconut all over hair length.
